Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During collection launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within:
- Canada
- United States
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination:
Canada
- Typically 2–10 business days
United States
- Typically 5–14 business days
Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
Warm Weather Disclaimer (Wax Melts)
Wax melts are sensitive to heat and may soften, sweat, or slightly change shape during warmer months or while in transit. This is completely normal and does not affect the performance or scent throw of the product.
We take extra care during summer months by:
- Using protective packaging
- Including cooling materials when possible
- Shipping orders promptly to reduce heat exposure
However, once packages leave our hands, we cannot control transit temperatures or mailbox conditions.
If your wax melts arrive softened:
- Allow them to cool to room temperature before handling
- Place them in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes if needed
Minor cosmetic imperfections caused by heat are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer
- Returned packages due to address errors
If a package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Carrier delays
- Weather-related shipping interruptions
If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to help.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will review the situation and work with you to find a solution.
Warmers
Please inspect warmers upon arrival and follow all safety instructions provided with the product.
Customers are responsible for:
- Using warmers safely and as intended
- Never leaving warmers unattended while in use
- Keeping warmers away from children, pets, water, and flammable materials
We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse or improper handling of wax warmers.
